Our Projects

Natural Gas Power Generation Facility

Provided Owner’s Representative services for a 450 MW natural gas power generation facility supporting large-scale data center operations in Texas. The role involved coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery and alignment with performance objectives.

Established structured oversight and communication processes to maintain alignment across design, construction, and operational phases, ensuring consistent progress and effective execution

Provided Engineering Design Services for a 100 MW Natural Gas Power Generation Facility in Texas

Investors exited in 2025 by selling to the utility after 5 years of successful ‘design-construction-operation.’

Modular Data Center

Delivered engineering design services for a greenfield modular data center in Oklahoma, including the development of new utility systems to support scalable, high-efficiency operations.

Implemented a modular design approach using advanced modeling tools to optimize layout, system integration, and constructability. The design prioritized flexibility and scalability, enabling efficient future expansion and long-term performance.

Green Field Chemical Plant

Provided comprehensive engineering consulting services for a greenfield chemical plant in Ohio, spanning early-stage planning through design optimization and regulatory compliance.

Scope of services included site selection, feasibility analysis, due diligence studies, and permitting support. Conducted in-depth site evaluations to identify the most viable location and guided engineering efforts to ensure compliance with applicable regulations while optimizing system design for cost and performance.

Successfully streamlined the permitting and approval process, enhanced overall plant efficiency through design optimization, and reduced project risk through thorough early-stage planning.

Manufacturing Facility

Provided engineering consulting services to optimize the initial design concept of a manufacturing facility in Canada, focusing on cost efficiency and performance improvements.

Identified inefficiencies in initial design. Saved approximately $80 million for the project without compromising performance.
